HEAD BREWER
Meet our Head Brewer, Don Lewis!
Don brings extensive brewing expertise to Eden Town. He has led operations at breweries in Delaware and Maryland, including Blue Earl, Revelation, and Ten Eyck. His skill and creativity have earned him medals at the World Beer Cup and the Great American Beer Festival.
When he's not brewing, Don enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two boys.

Meet our Taproom Manager, Melissa Gregg!
Melissa comes to us with a wide variety of restaurant knowledge over her 20 years in the hospitality industry. She has held every position from event management to General Manager. She is excited to contribute her hospitality experience to the local community.
In her downtime, Melissa loves spending time with her husband and her two bonus kids. She also enjoys going to the beach, listening to live music, and creating special moments with friends and family.
